।।10.41।। --,यद्यत् लोके विभूतिमत् विभूतियुक्तं सत्त्वं वस्तु श्रीमत् ऊर्जितमेव वा श्रीर्लक्ष्मीः तया सहितम् उत्साहोपेतं वा? तत्तदेव अवगच्छ त्वं जानीहि मम ईश्वरस्य तेजोंऽशसंभवं तेजसः अंशः एकदेशः संभवः यस्य तत् तेजोंऽशसंभवमिति अवगच्छ त्वम्।।अथवा बहुना एतेन एवमादिना किं ज्ञातेन तव अर्जुन स्यात् सावशेषेण। अशेषतः त्वम् उच्यमानम् अर्थं श्रृणु -- विष्टभ्य विशेषतः स्तम्भनं दृढं कृत्वा इदं कृत्स्नं जगत् एकांशेन एकावयवेन एकपादेन? सर्वभूतस्वरूपेण इत्येतत् तथा च मन्त्रवर्णः -- पादोऽस्य विश्वा भूतानि (तै0 आर0 3।12) इति स्थितः अहम् इति।।इति श्रीमत्परमहंसपरिव्राजकाचार्यस्य श्रीगोविन्दभगवत्पूज्यपादशिष्यस्य,श्रीमच्छंकरभगवतः कृतौ श्रीमद्भगवद्गीताभाष्येदशमोऽध्यायः।।,प

10.41 Whatever host of beings has 'power', namely the capacity and means to rule over; has 'splendour', has beauty or prosperity in wealth, grains etc., has 'energy,' namely, is engaged in auspicious undertakings - know such manifestations as coming fro a fragment of My 'power'. Power (Tejas) is the capacity to overcome opposition. The meaning is, know them as arising from a fraction of My inconceivable power of subduing.
